•  Never lie on your resume for any reason--no matter how convinced you are it is a good idea.
  •  There can be no errors on your resume--grammar, spelling, or incorrect information.
  •  If possible, you need to find accomplishments for each position.
  •  The appearance of your resume is very important--it needs white space with a pleasing layout.
  •  You only have one chance to impress the reader and be a person the company wants to interview.
  •  The more skills, abilities and accomplishments you have on your resume the better chance you  will have to obtain an interview.
  •  Do not omit important information on your resume that will help you to obtain an interview.
  •  Use action verbs and key words for your industry.
